Through our partnership with dairy manufacturers nationwide, New Zealand Cheese School is committed to developing the standards and quality in the specialty cheese category, to, in turn, promote sales.
We aim to equip New Zealand’s producers and exporters of dairy products through a programme of research, innovation and training. In doing so, we aim to promote opportunities to develop national and international dairy markets, to maximise our industry’s investment in our produce and grow our returns.
