Welcome to the New Zealand Cheese School, where you can learn about all aspects of specialty cheesemaking. 

We deliver specialist industry training in a working factory that has a reputation for quality cheesemaking and a state-of-the-art training facility in the heart of the South Waikato.

Renowned Cheese Master and trainer Neil Willman is the Principal of our school.  Our curriculum includes three, four and five-day theory and practical programmes.

We are proud to partner with the New Zealand dairy industry to train our nation’s cheesemakers, equipping them to grow their dairy businesses.
