  • Recipes - $3.00
  • Packages up to 1.5kg: $6.90
  • Packages over 1.5kg: $15.00

Shipping Time-frames

We ship our products within 3 business days following the receipt of payment, Monday to Thursday except for Public Holidays.

Where your order includes items with different availability dates, the order will be dispatched once all items have been collated. This may cause a delay of up to 7 business days before shipping for specially ordered items.

Shipping Method

We provide shipping via NZ Post Parcel Post and Post Haste Couriers.

Packaging

Your goods are packaged in an insulated bag to protect perishable goods.

Shipping Guarantee

When you purchase a product from us, you obtain free insurance. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is lost, simply let us know, and we will replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund.

Refund and Replacement Policy

We have stringent quality controls in place, if a product is faulty, please phone us on 07 883-8238 and return the item to New Zealand Cheese School within 30 days and we will replace it.
