DIY Blue and Mozzarella: full day workshop
Make your own delicious Blue and Mozzarella in a fun, hands-on full day workshop with tastings included.
Learn the best way to ‘start’ your cheese and handle ingredients including the pre-warmed milk and rennet. You will get hands on, cutting the curd, stirring the curds, hooping and turning. Take your delicious handmade cheeses home to eat right away, or with instructions on how to finish and store them until they are ready to be enjoyed.
