Make your own delicious semi-hard cheese & Halloumi in a fun, hands-on full day workshop with tasting included.

Learn the best way to ‘start’ your cheese and handle ingredients including the pre-warmed milk and rennet. You will get hands-on –  cutting the curd, stirring the curds, hooping and turning. You will finish with a baby semi-hard cheese to take home to finish and store until it’s ready to be enjoyed.
