Fast and fun workshop: Halloumi & Ricotta or Mozzarella 2 ways
Make your halloumi, ricotta or mozzarella in a fast, fun, hands-on two-hour workshop with tastings included.
Learn the best way to ‘start’ your cheese and handle ingredients including the pre-warmed milk and rennet. You’ll get hands-on cutting the curd, stirring the curds, hooping and turning. Taste your results in class and take some of your own cheese home to show off and enjoy (if it makes it that far!)
