Give your next group or team event a different flavour. Let us help you bond over the art of cheesemaking onsite at the New Zealand Cheese School or at your own venue.

Our cheesemaking parties and team building events can be customised to your requirements and are based on our 4-hour or 2-hour workshop series, allowing you to choose the style your team loves best.

We can host your team of up to 30 onsite at the New Zealand Cheese School and can give you access to our boardroom before or after you’ve made your cheese for any additional work or socialising that needs to be done as part of your event.

While you’re bonding and having fun, you’ll learn how to make a cheese in the style of your group’s choice – choose from:

  • Double brie and washed rind (4-hours)
  • Semi-hard (cheddar style) workshop (4-hours)
  • Feta workshop (4-hours)
  • Blue vein workshop (4-hours)
  • Parmesan (4-hours)
  • Introduction to Cheese and Dairy workshop (4-hours)
Or choose from one of the following 2-hour workshops
  • Halloumi and Ricotta workshop (2-hours)
  • Mozzarella 2 ways (2-hours)
