Brie / Camembert Plus

This starter culture mix has the culture to make Brie/Camembert as well as white mould to encourage mould growth on the outside of the cheese.  This culture will allow you to make 100L of soft cheese!  Included in this small pack are a measuring cup and 3mL pipette.
